Each order includes:

• All structural steel components

• All required fixings

• Full assembly instructions

We supply the structural frame only. Cladding, insulation, windows, doors, and internal finishes are not included.

Item descThe Steel frame can be supplied in stick form or panel form.

Stick form is where individual pieces are provided fully labelled and you assemble them into floor, wall and roof panels and then erect the frame.

Panel form is a quicker build method where fully labelled pre assembled floor, wall and roof panels are delivered and then you erect the frame.

Both options come with full assembly instructions and all fixings.

Prices vary between Sick build form and Panel form.

We supply the steel frame system only.

Before you begin, make sure the base or area for your garden room is prepared and level.

• Tape measure

• A minimum of 2 people will be required to assemble the frame safely

A structural gauge steel base frame is included as standard.
